A bit about us:
We are a leading commercial general contractor with deep expertise in healthcare, education (higher ed and K-12), and science & technology construction. With decades of experience delivering complex, high-quality projects across the Upper Midwest, we've built a reputation for excellence, innovation, and a people-first culture. Our company is on a strong growth trajectory — approaching $1B in revenue — and we're making strategic investments in leadership and infrastructure to sustain it. Recognized as a top regional workplace, we combine the stability of an established firm with the energy of a team that's still building something great. Our purpose is to make the construction journey as stress-free as possible for owners, design professionals, and trade partners — together.
Why join us?
This is a newly created role designed to strengthen the firm's MEP capabilities and support continued growth. The MEP Manager will be hands-on in preconstruction, working closely with subcontractors, contributing to cost strategy, and stepping on-site when projects require it. Reporting to the Corporate Preconstruction Director, this position offers meaningful room for growth as the department scales. It's an opportunity to get in early, help shape a growing function, and build alongside a team that values initiative.
