Responsibilities -
Manage mechanical scopes from kickoff through project closeout
Oversee HVAC and piping installations including equipment procurement and scheduling
Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal field teams
Track project budgets, cost forecasts, and change orders
Lead subcontractor buyout and ongoing vendor management
Ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with contract documents
Participate in project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Support field teams with problem-solving and coordination issues
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications -.
5-10 years of experience in commercial mechanical construction
Background working for a mechanical contractor or subcontractor
Experience managing HVAC and or piping scopes on ground up or large retrofit projects
Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost control
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Effective communication skills working with both field and office teams
Familiarity with project management software and estimating tools
