- Professional Engineer (PE) License is required for this position
- Minimum of 6 years of direct experience designing Mechanical (HVAC) systems
- Project list/portfolio demonstrating experience on MEP projects from design through final construction
- High level of Personal Integrity, Professionalism and Honesty with one's own abilities
- Collaborative mindset and the desire to develop self and others
- Excellent Facilitation, Communication, and Analytical skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit 2018 or newer
