Job Details
MDS Coordinator:
* Monday - Friday
* 8-hr Day Shift
* The MDS Coordinator (RN) will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CMS quality measures/standards, prepare for state & federal surveys, accurately code clinical data for reimbursement, work closely with interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
* Must be a Registered Nurse with active GA license
* Prefer 3 years related experience managing CMS quality measures, familiarity with long-term care regulations, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid rules, etc.
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience with MDS software such as PointClickeCare and/or MatrixCare
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
