Job Details
We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Electrician to take ownership of electrical systems and troubleshooting within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to maintaining uptime, diagnosing issues quickly, and supporting continuous improvement across production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems (low and high voltage)
Diagnose issues within machine circuitry, control panels, and PLC-driven equipment
Maintain and repair extrusion, injection molding, or similar manufacturing equipment
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Support preventive maintenance programs and equipment upgrades
Work cross-functionally with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
Identify opportunities for process improvement and reliability enhancements
Ensure all work meets safety standards and electrical codes
Qualifications
Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master preferred)
5 years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance
Strong experience with:
Machine circuitry
Control panels
Motors, drives, and electrical distribution
Experience troubleshooting automation and PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc. a plus)
Ability to work independently as the primary electrical expert onsite
Background in plastics, extrusion, or continuous manufacturing is a strong plus
