Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys on mass tort cases.
• Manage a high volume of cases from start to finish, including initial client intake, drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Conduct extensive legal research and fact-checking to assist attorneys in case preparation.
• Maintain and update case files, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and other outside parties as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in litigation or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferable.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management software.
• Familiarity with state and federal court rules and procedures.
