We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Marketing Manager to join our team in the Healthcare Software as a Service (SaaS) sector within the Scientific industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, brand strategy, and campaign management. You will be responsible for driving and executing our marketing strategy, including search engine marketing (SEM), to increase our brand visibility and market share.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize our Hubspot platform to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, tracking their success and reporting on results.
- Drive brand strategy to ensure a consistent and impactful brand message across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our marketing approach remains competitive.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities deliver a strong return on investment.
- Use SEM strategies to increase visibility and engagement with our target audience.
- Develop and oversee the production of marketing materials and collateral.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality execution of marketing programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Healthcare SaaS or Scientific industry.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Hubspot or a similar digital marketing platform.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy development and execution.
- Proven experience with SEM, including optimizing visibility and conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the marketing and healthcare SaaS industry.
