What You'll Do:
- Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean, Poka-Yoke, and Six Sigma methods
- Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing routers
- Design tooling, fixtures, and jigs to improve production efficiency
- Partner with Engineering, Planning, and Cost Estimating teams
- Train employees and document processes to keep operations running smoothly
- Lead special projects and justify capital equipment investments
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- Aerospace Manufacturing engineering experience
- A track record of solving complex parts and process issues
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
