Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and electrical components up to 480V 3-phase
• Perform maintenance on pumps, motors, conveyors, mixers, mills, chillers, blowers, and packaging equipment
• Execute preventative maintenance (PMs): lubrication, inspections, calibration, adjustments
• Diagnose equipment failures and repair/replace components
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
• Work cross-functionally with production to minimize downtime
• Enter and track work orders in CMMS
• Maintain parts inventory and organization
• Assist with fabrication of parts as needed
• Support production operations as required
• Follow and enforce safety and quality standards
  

Qualifications
Needed:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of industrial/commercial electrical experience
• Strong experience with PLCs, electrical systems, AC/DC motors, drives, and controls
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment in manufacturing environments
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CMMS systems
• Ability to lift 55 lbs and work at heights (8 feet)
• Must own personal tools and multimeter
