Job Details
Under the supervision of the President and the Property Manager / Leasing Associates, the primary
responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to assist the Property Manager / Leasing Associates
and the President with all aspects of property maintenance and capital improvements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Job Details
Under the supervision of the President and the Property Manager / Leasing Associates, the primary
responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to assist the Property Manager / Leasing Associates
and the President with all aspects of property maintenance and capital improvements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain fire sprinkler log and track 5-year certifications
- Maintain roof log, coordinate and contract for annual summer roof maintenance, and
- Coordinate and assist with roof leak repairs
- Maintain HVAC service log, coordinate and contract for quarterly filter replacements an d
- Coordinate unit restorations and assist with the repair of building systems
- Assist with capital improvement projects including roof replacements, exterior painting,
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Inspect properties while on-site and report necessary maintenance and repairs to property
- Other general building and property maintenance as directed by the property manager s and
Physical Requirements:
- Bending and lifting 50 to 70 pounds on a regular basis
- Climbing ladders
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
- Must have basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must possess a valid California Driver’s License
- Must carry the minimum level of auto insurance as required by California law
