As a Maintenance Supervisor at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and leading maintenance activities within our manufacturing plant. Your technical expertise will guide the maintenance team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring efficient plant operation.
Job Details:
- Utilize PLC programming, automation, and controls expertise to optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a CMMS, focusing on trends analysis and effective work order management.
- Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues related to PLC systems, automation, and controls.
- Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in a technical field, such as electrical engineering or industrial automation, preferred.
- Minimum of five years of maintenance experience, with a strong background in PLC programming, automation, controls, and CMMS applications.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and experience with automation systems and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge and experience in utilizing CMMS applications for maintenance management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
