Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and oversee a team of 30 employees in a high-precision, ISO-certified manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are achieved on time and within quality standards.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Monitor production schedules, workflows, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Ensure Compliance With ISO And Other Regulatory Requirements.
Utilize ERP systems to manage production planning, materials, and reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and support process improvements.
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and streamline processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Proven background in precision manufacturing and ISO compliance.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
