Job Details
Work hybrid remote.
You will represent businesses, insureds, and individuals across a diverse civil litigation docket, owning matters from inception through resolution in state and federal courts.
- Manage your own caseload of litigation matters from pleadings through trial
- Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs
- Take and defend depositions, and argue motions in court
- Prepare case evaluations and reports for clients and carriers
- Attend mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
Required:
- NY Bar Admission
- Recent litigation defense experience
