Job Details
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in Maryland
- 3–8 years of experience handling civil or commercial litigation matters
- Strong experience with legal research, writing, and motion practice
- Familiarity with discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery
- Experience appearing in court, taking or defending depositions, or assisting with trial preparation is strongly preferred
