- 7 years of experience as a legal assistant supporting partners
- Background in business law, real estate, or transactional practices
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Polished written and verbal communication
- Comfortable handling confidential information and competing priorities
- Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs
