We are seeking a motivated Jr. Estimator to join our team supporting heavy civil and industrial water/wastewater treatment plant, pump station, and lift station projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience both in the field and in estimating, with a clear long-term growth path.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is designed as a long-term career path, where you will gain hands-on experience for 3–5 years and grow into a lead estimator position supporting complex water/wastewater projects.

We are seeking a motivated Jr. Estimator to join our team supporting heavy civil and industrial water/wastewater treatment plant, pump station, and lift station projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience both in the field and in estimating, with a clear long-term growth path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support estimating efforts on water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and lift stations
- Assist with quantity takeoffs, pricing, and change order management
- Work closely with the project team on-site to understand means, methods, and sequencing
- Gain exposure to heavy civil scopes including concrete structures, underground utilities, and mechanical systems
- Learn company estimating systems, processes, and project workflows
- Provide ongoing support to active projects while developing estimating expertise
- Interest in heavy civil construction and water/wastewater infrastructure
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both on-site and in an office/estimating environment
- Exposure to construction, engineering, or related field preferred (not required)
- Entry-level candidates encouraged; training will be provided
