We're growing and looking for an IT Manufacturing Analyst to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
Support and optimize manufacturing technology systems across multiple facilities
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve system functionality and manufacturing efficiency
Assist with integration and support of MES, OEE, PLC, SCADA, ERP, and CMMS technologies
Gather business requirements and support enterprise-wide IT/manufacturing initiatives
Troubleshoot operational and manufacturing systems issues while identifying root causes and preventative solutions
Coordinate testing, implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
Create technical documentation, training materials, and implementation plans
Support project management activities and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
Help drive continuous improvement and digital manufacturing transformation efforts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
7 years of Manufacturing IT, Manufacturing Systems, or related applications experience
Strong experience supporting MES, OEE, PLC, SCADA, ERP, CMMS, or Supply Chain systems
Experience supporting manufacturing operations within a multi-site environment preferred
Familiarity with ISA-95 concepts strongly preferred
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and IT leadership
Must be comfortable with 40%-50% travel
