We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic Interiors Project Manager to join our thriving Construction team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role is perfect for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our company's success.
Responsibilities:
As an Interiors Project Manager, you will:
1. Oversee all aspects of commercial interior projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and cost objectives.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
3. Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
4. Coordinate and supervise the work of project teams, including architects, engineers, laborers, and subcontractors.
5. Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they align with client objectives and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
6. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring timely completion.
7. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
8. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
9. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on interior projects.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
3. A deep understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
4. Strong knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
8. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
10. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
