Job Details
- Defending insureds and insurers in professional, D&O, environmental, construction defect, and general liability claims
- Working on a wide range of litigation matters, from inception to resolution
- Drafting pleadings, handling discovery, taking depositions, and preparing for trial
- Participating in early settlement strategy and cost-effective resolutions
Looking For
- Good tenure at previous firms
- J.D. and licensed to practice in New Jersey
- Minimum 2 years of experience with insurance defense litigation
- Experience with some of the following general liability, construction defect, environmental claims, or professional liability
