We are seeking a skilled **Lateral Insurance Defense Attorney** to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for an experienced litigator looking to handle a diverse insurance defense caseload in a highly respected and collaborative environment.

We are seeking a skilled **Lateral Insurance Defense Attorney** to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for an experienced litigator looking to handle a diverse insurance defense caseload in a highly respected and collaborative environment.
Job Description
- Manage a broad insurance defense docket, including motor vehicle, premises liability, bad faith, and construction cases
- Handle all aspects of litigation from initial case assessment through trial or resolution
- Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery, take depositions, and appear in court
- Provide strategic counsel to clients while ensuring efficient case management
- Collaborate with partners and associates in a supportive team setting
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Oklahoma bar license in good standing
- 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation preferred
- Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to handle cases independently
