You'll primarily represent insurance carriers in coverage matters, including policy analysis, coverage opinions, and related litigation such as declaratory judgment actions. Specific subject-matter experience within commercial or transportation-related lines is a plus but not required.

You'll primarily represent insurance carriers in coverage matters, including policy analysis, coverage opinions, and related litigation such as declaratory judgment actions. Specific subject-matter experience within commercial or transportation-related lines is a plus but not required.
What You'll Do
- Analyze policy language and provide coverage opinions across a range of exposures
- Litigate coverage disputes and declaratory judgment actions
- Communicate directly with insurer clients and manage matters independently
- Collaborate with a team of experienced coverage attorneys on complex matters
- Take ownership of research, drafting, and case strategy
- Several years of insurance coverage experience
- Active bar admission in one or more states in the region
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a caseload independently
- Comfort working remotely while staying connected to a collaborative team
