You will be responsible for managing key accounts, prospecting for new business, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and have a passion for the manufacturing industry, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
2. Conduct regular prospecting activities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
3. Provide customers with product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and the manufacturing industry to effectively sell to potential customers.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth and increased market share.
6. Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and tracked in our CRM system.
7. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products.
9. Work closely with the customer service and production teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in account management and prospecting.
3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
8. High level of organization and attention to detail.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
10. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
