Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Perform advanced PLC programming, troubleshooting, and control logic analysis
- Diagnose and repair electrical components including motors, transformers, relays, and circuit boards
- Install wiring, conduit, and electrical systems for new and existing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Replace and repair motors, bearings, wiring, and electrical components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with LOTO and all safety protocols
- Support preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime
- Perform additional mechanical and electrical duties as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Electrical License, Journeyman License preferred OR equivalent schooling/experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with PLCs (programming/troubleshooting) preferred
- Strong background in industrial electrical maintenance and controls systems
- Experience with motors, relays, sensors, and electrical components
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and automation issues
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work in physically demanding industrial environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
