We are a technology organization supporting defense initiatives through the development, integration, and sustainment of software solutions used across naval operations. Our engineering teams build secure, maintainable systems that contribute directly to mission readiness across submarine, carrier, and shore-based environments while operating within collaborative agile development frameworks.
We are seeking an early-career Full Stack Software Engineer to support software development activities across mission-critical Navy systems. This individual will participate in software design, integration, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment efforts while contributing to secure, maintainable applications across multiple environments.
Location: Manassas, VA • Onsite • Occasional travel to Navy or customer integration locations as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 0–3 years software engineering or systems integration experience
- Java / J2EE development experience
- JavaScript framework experience including React or Vue
- Relational database experience including Oracle or PostgreSQL
- Understanding of Hibernate / JPA concepts
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- WildFly or JBoss EAP
- Maven
- GitLab
- Docker
- Linux environments
- AWS technologies
- DevSecOps exposure
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
- Adaptability in changing technical environments
- Strong software quality mindset
