Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to manage, supervise and oversee site work on HVAC and Plumbing projects, in order to achieve project and company goals. The main objective is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific job. Assist other employees on troubleshooting issues on installs.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
5 years of proven experience as a technician
Must possess financial analysis skills, be proficient with large-scale budgeting, complex scheduling.
A team player with leadership abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management
Experience with residential and commercial projects
Proven success and passion for building and sustaining strong relationships with team members, partners, consultants.
