Salary $110,000 - $145,000 per year

Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical operations within the hospice program
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for clinical teams
Oversee patient care plans and interdisciplinary team meetings
Monitor quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives
Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and community partners
Prepare and manage budgets for clinical services
Serve as the primary resource for regulatory audits and compliance
Skills You Need
Current RN license
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical leadership experience (hospice or related healthcare preferred)
Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and standards
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Ability to manage budgets and operational processes
Proficiency in healthcare management systems
