Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 per year
A bit about us:
We’re an early-stage, high-growth B2B fintech company building a modern platform that sits at the intersection of data, liquidity, and complex financial workflows. Our product is already live, powering real transactions and used by sophisticated institutional customers.
We’ve hit a meaningful inflection point with strong traction, real revenue, clear product-market fit and are now focused on scaling into a category-defining platform.
The team is small, sharp, and moves really fast. You’ll be working directly with experienced founders in a high-ownership environment where product quality and user experience truly matter.
Why join us?
Own design, end-to-end: This is a true zero-to-one design leadership seat. You’ll be the sole owner of design across product, brand, and GTM.
Lead IC with a path to leadership: Start as a hands-on design leader, with the opportunity to build and lead the design function as the company scales.
Direct line to founders: Work side-by-side with both co-founders on product direction, UX decisions, and overall company strategy.
Real product, real stakes: You’re designing for sophisticated users navigating high-value financial decisions—not hypothetical use cases.
Massive impact surface area: Every improvement in clarity, usability, and design directly impacts growth, trust, and revenue.
High-velocity environment: Ship quickly, iterate constantly, and operate with minimal bureaucracy.
