We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Contract Freelance Pharma Account Director to join our fast-paced marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of pharma clients, developing strategic marketing plans, and overseeing the successful execution of these plans. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a strong background in pharma marketing, digital advertising, traditional advertising, and account management. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and have a knack for building strong client relationships, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key pharma clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
2. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategic marketing plans that align with these objectives.
3. Oversee the execution of marketing plans, including digital advertising, traditional advertising, broadcast, and paid media strategies.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing plans are executed efficiently and effectively.
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular reports and insights.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to develop innovative marketing strategies.
7. Contribute to the development of the agency's brand strategy, positioning the agency as a leader in the pharma marketing space.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharma marketing, with a focus on digital advertising, traditional advertising, and account management.
3. Proven track record in managing large, complex client accounts and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
4. Strong understanding of the pharma industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
5. Proficient in SEM and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
7. Highly strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
9. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
