As a Permanent Folder Gluer Operator, your core responsibilities will include
- Operating and maintaining folder gluer machines to meet production goals.
- Ensuring the machine is set up correctly and producing quality products.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Clearing jams in the machine and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Conducting regular inspections of the machine to ensure it is in good working order.
- Making necessary adjustments to the machine to improve performance and quality.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized to ensure efficient operations.
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Folder Gluer Operator position will have the following qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Folder Gluer Operator or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
- Experience in clearing jams and ensuring machine runs smoothly.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of folder gluer machines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to report issues promptly.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
