We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Services Manager to join our growing team in the renewable energy industry. This position offers an opportunity to be a part of an innovative team that builds and maintains renewable energy projects. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in any combination of PV, BESS, Energy Storage, EV, Project Management, Field Service Management, Renewable Energy, and Construction.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the field service team to ensure all project goals are met.
2. Developing and implementing field service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Managing the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
4. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
5. Monitoring and managing the performance of the field service team, providing guidance, and facilitating professional development opportunities.
6. Providing technical support and expertise in PV, BESS, Energy Storage, and EV.
7. Managing the maintenance and repair of renewable energy equipment and systems.
8. Regularly reviewing and updating project status reports, and communicating any changes or issues to all relevant parties.
9. Ensuring all field service operations comply with industry regulations and environmental standards.
10. Overseeing ongoing O&M for all sites.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in field service management or project management
2. Proven experience and technical knowledge in PV, Energy Storage, and/or EV.
3. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
7. Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
8. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
