We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and post-divorce issues. You must have a strong understanding of family law and be able to provide excellent legal representation to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and post-divorce issues.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Attend court hearings and trials to represent clients.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the legal process.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
- 3 years of experience in family law.
- Strong understanding of family law, including divorce law, child custody, child support, adoption, and post-divorce issues.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
