A bit about us:
We are seeking a responsible long-term contractor to assist our Facilities/Wastewater team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our utility room, monitoring pressure and temp gauges, and performing rounds to check for leaks or abnormal equipment sounds.

We are seeking a responsible long-term contractor to assist our Facilities/Wastewater team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our utility room, monitoring pressure and temp gauges, and performing rounds to check for leaks or abnormal equipment sounds.

- Pay Rate: $30-$40/hr
- Shift: Can work any shift
- Hours: Can work 30, 40, or 50 hours per week
- Benefits - 75% covered by the company
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on wastewater equipment and utilities
- Following an SOP and action plan
- Repair and replace faulty components and parts, like changing seals, oiling and greasing machines, etc.
- Carry 50 lbs. salt bags up stairs to put in softener (only a few times per day)
- Monitor pumps, valves, and other gauges to ensure proper functionality
- Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
- Mechanical inclination (understand hand tools)
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
