Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Division 09 Drywall estimating REQUIRED
- Review blueprints and specifications to ascertain project requirements.
- Conduct on-site visits for precise measurements and condition assessments.
- Create comprehensive estimates, encompassing labor, materials, and overhead costs.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations for client meetings.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial drywall estimation and sales.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
