Job Details
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Maryland
- 3 years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, or related private client work
- Strong understanding of estate and gift tax principles, trust structures, and wealth transfer strategies
- Experience drafting a range of estate planning documents, such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related - instruments
- Familiarity with high-net-worth client planning, including business succession or tax-efficient structures, is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and explain complex concepts clearly
