- Base up to $225k (DOE) structured performance-based bonuses — up to $300k total comp

- Defend employers in employment law matters including wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
- Handle cases from inception through resolution — pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
- Provide legal advice to employers on compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws
- Draft policies, handbooks, and agreements to support employer compliance and mitigate litigation risk
- Support business clients and collaborate with firm attorneys on cross-practice matters affecting employers
- J.D. and active California bar license
- Minimum 3 years of defense-side employment law experience
- Strong background handling PAGA cases
- Proven ability to manage cases independently and provide practical compliance guidance
