Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with the department head to innovate and streamline operational processes.
Organize and allocate resources for various electrical projects.
Calculate manpower and material requirements for each project.
Liaise with trusted suppliers to acquire necessary project materials.
Keep detailed records and files related to project progress and completion.
Mentor and oversee electrical staff, offering expertise and direction as required.
Uphold all safety protocols and organizational standards in project execution.
Contribute to the enhancement of our safety-first culture.
Execute hands-on electrical tasks when necessary.
Essential Qualifications
Certified Electrical Journeyman
Prior experience in a leadership role is an asset.
Previous work as an electrical coordinator or similar role is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication abilities.
Valid Driving License.
Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC).
Additional Skills
Prior experience with solar installations is a plus.
Familiarity with Service Titan software is advantageous.
Compensation Package
Base Salary ranging from $78,000 to $96,000 annually.
Limitless commission opportunities.
Year-end performance bonus.
Work Schedule
Flexible 10-hour and 8-hour shifts.
Primarily day-time operations.
Travel Commitment
Must be willing to travel extensively (Required).
Primary Work Location: Field-based
