A bit about us:
We are a forward-thinking construction company based in Birmingham, Alabama, built to challenge the inefficiencies of traditional building. As a vertically integrated Design–Manufacture–Construct (DMC) organization, we bring design, manufacturing, and construction together under one roof—creating a more streamlined, efficient, and accountable way to deliver projects.
By self-performing key trades and leveraging modular and prefabrication methods, we complete projects faster, with higher quality, and at a lower overall cost. Our team is driven by a hands-on, ownership-focused culture where field leaders are empowered to make decisions, solve problems, and take pride in delivering exceptional results.
We measure success by outcomes—not activity—and are committed to craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is an environment for professionals who want to take ownership of their work and be part of a high-performance team building something different.
Why join us?
They are building something rare: a fully integrated platform where the people who design, manufacture, and build are the same people. If you’ve earned your way up through the trade, take pride in running a clean job, and want to operate in a system built for high performance, this is where you belong.
Competitive salary, per diem, travel expense coverage, health benefits, 401(k) with match, and a performance-based bonus program.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate craftsmanship, character, and commitment to the build.

Electrical Superintendent
Industry: Commercial Construction | Healthcare / Complex Projects
Company Overview
This organization is a vertically integrated Design–Manufacture–Construct (DMC) company built to eliminate the inefficiencies of traditional construction. By designing, manufacturing, and building as one team and leveraging self‑perform trades, modular methodologies, and disciplined field execution—the company delivers projects that are faster, higher quality, and lower cost. A strong emphasis is placed on self‑performed work, with in‑house electrical crews playing a critical role in project success.
Purpose of the Role
Lead the electrical scope on complex commercial projects from mobilization through final inspection. The Electrical Superintendent owns execution across safety, schedule, quality, resources, and margin, and sets the performance standard for all electricians on site.
Core Accountability
Own the full electrical scope on assigned projects ensuring safe execution, on‑schedule delivery, efficient resource utilization, subcontractor alignment, and gross margin protection with the expectation that field issues are resolved proactively without unnecessary escalation.
Key Accountabilities
Safety, Schedule, Contract Deliverables, ICRA & Quality
Partner with the Construction Superintendent to enforce safety standards, pre‑task planning, and ICRA compliance, particularly on healthcare projects
Own and manage the electrical schedule, including look‑aheads, early constraint identification, and recovery planning
Ensure all electrical installations meet code, contract specifications, and internal quality standards, with inspections passing on the first attempt
Hold subcontractors to the same schedule, safety, and quality standards as self‑perform crews
Seamless Ownership of Resources
Own material procurement decisions for the electrical scope—right quantities, right timing, no overages or shortages
Manage tool inventory and deployment so all tools are staged, tracked, and available ahead of each phase
Coordinate subcontractor mobilization, sequencing, and scope alignment to eliminate gaps and overlaps
Forecast labor and material needs on a rolling basis and communicate risks to the Project Manager early
Productivity & Efficiency of Electrical Trades
Drive daily production performance across all electrical crews by setting expectations, tracking output, and removing constraints
Use Procore to monitor crew‑level productivity and identify underperformance early
Coach Foremen and Journeymen on sequencing, staging, and waste elimination
Identify and implement field improvements that reduce labor hours, rework, and material waste
Gross Margin Ownership
Understand the project budget and the electrical scope’s impact on overall margin
Track costs against plan and flag variances before they become unrecoverable
Eliminate rework, over‑ordering, and inefficient labor deployment
Partner with the Project Manager to ensure change orders are captured, priced, and processed before scope creep erodes margin
Traits That Define Success
Ownership Mentality — Own outcomes, not just activity
Detail‑Driven Execution — Track the details that protect schedule, quality, and margin
Reliability Through Accountability — Deliver consistently and predictably
Clear Communication — Surface issues with context and a plan
Results Orientation — Measure success by outcomes, not hours
Qualifications
Must‑Have
Master Electrician license
10 years in the electrical trade
2–3 years of Superintendent‑level experience on commercial projects
Advanced proficiency in Excel for productivity tracking, cost monitoring, and reporting
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel full‑time across multi‑state project locations
Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check
Preferred
Demonstrated progression from Journeyman → Foreman → Superintendent
Healthcare construction experience, including ICRA compliance and medical‑grade electrical systems
Experience with prefabrication and modular electrical installation
Proficiency in Procore for documentation, scheduling, and reporting
OSHA 30 certification
