Job Details
We are establishing a new enterprise AI function focused on building scalable Generative AI, agent-based systems, and intelligent automation across the organization.
This leader will define architecture, deliver early production use cases, and build the initial AI engineering team.
This is a hands-on leadership role - you will be both architect and builder in the early stages, with responsibility to scale the function over time.
🔹 Job Details:
Build enterprise AI/GenAI architecture from the ground up
Design and deploy RAG, LLM, and agent-based systems
Partner with business teams (e.g., supply chain) to deliver automation use cases
Stand up AI engineering capability (initial team ~3 people)
Define AI platform strategy using Databricks Microsoft stack
Implement production-grade AI systems (not prototypes)
Guide early adoption of Copilot and RPA automation initiatives
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
Enterprise AI architecture (greenfield or large-scale build experience)
Generative AI / LLM systems in production
RAG pipelines and vector search architectures
Databricks MLflow (or equivalent AI platform)
Experience building or scaling AI teams
Hands-on technical depth (not just strategy)
🔹 Nice-to-Have:
Agentic AI / multi-agent systems
Microsoft Copilot integration experience
Power Automate / RPA exposure
Supply chain / operations AI use cases
Vector databases / embeddings
ERP/CRM AI integrations
