Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Requirements
- BSN preferred
- Behavioral Health experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- Previous leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversight of RNs, LPNs and PCAs
- New staff orientation
- Staff scheduling
- Interviewing new applicants
- Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and regulations
- Employee performance evaluations
