We are seeking a strong Clinical Director of Nursing to join our healthcare team. This permanent position will play a key role in providing leadership and direction to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Job Details
We are seeking a strong Clinical Director of Nursing to join our healthcare team. This permanent position will play a key role in providing leadership and direction to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure excellence in quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Medical Director to collaborate on all clinical matters
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and conducting performance appraisals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist the administrator in the development of annual goals and objectives for the center.
- Serve as a high visibility leader, professional mentor and role model.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is highly preferred
- Current, unencumbered Connecticut RN license required.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- RN experience in an ambulatory surgery setting is required.
- RN experience in orthopedics in required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of nursing professionals.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
