We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a strong team and oversee our company's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Finance, your primary responsibilities will include

• Overseeing the operations of the accounting department, including the design of a structure that will achieve the department’s goals and objectives.
• Preparing financial statements, business activity reports, annual budgets, etc.
• Reviewing financial reports and finding ways to reduce costs.
• Managing the preparation of the company’s budget and financial forecasts.
• Directing the company’s financial strategic planning.
• Overseeing the investment of funds and managing associated risks.
• Ensuring the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding finances.
• Keeping up with financial policy, regulation, and legislation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role with managerial responsibilities.
• Proven experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Expertise in financial statements and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills with a demonstrable history of leading a finance team.
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of economic and banking processes.
