We're in search of a stellar leader to coach and mentor our direct care staff, Behavior Analyst and contribute to the advancement of the quality of our programs through special projects.
Role Overview
This position involves providing ongoing leadership and guidance to Behavior Analysts and senior RBT team members. The focus is on supporting both clinical quality and operational effectiveness across teams.
Core Responsibilities:
Hold regular check-ins (weekly or biweekly) with assigned clinicians and team leads to monitor progress and address needs
Track and support staff efficiency and workload balance
Ensure appropriate levels of client oversight are consistently maintained
Evaluate clinical documentation and offer constructive recommendations for enhancement
Support team members in achieving professional growth and career development goals
Mentor staff in supervisory skills and effective team leadership
Provide guidance on building strong relationships with caregivers and external partners
Facilitate and contribute to professional development groups and collaborative forums
Compile and organize data to create clear, visual insights for team review
Interpret data trends and identify opportunities to improve both clinical outcomes and operational performance
Collaborate with senior leadership to assess regional challenges and develop strategic solutions
Act as a representative at community events and professional gatherings
Address employee performance concerns in partnership with Human Resources
Participate in routine leadership meetings to review caseload distribution and clinician support strategies
Additional Duties:
Develop and roll out programs tailored to regional needs
Oversee onboarding, certification, and continued training for RBT staff
Maintain a limited personal caseload to stay engaged in clinical practice
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, counseling, or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential with at least two years of hands-on experience
Minimum of two years designing and implementing ABA-based treatment plans for children on the autism spectrum
Experience training caregivers and team members in delivering behavioral interventions
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle sensitive or challenging conversations with direct reports
