What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and manage Brand P&L for a portfolio of consumer health products
- Develop and execute long-term (2 year) and annual marketing strategies
- Lead omnichannel marketing efforts across digital, retail, and healthcare channels
- Drive product positioning, pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams including digital, ecommerce, and global marketing
- Oversee agency relationships, media planning, and campaign execution
- Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue performance
- Lead development of brand messaging, content, and consumer engagement strategies
- Manage budgets and optimize marketing spend
- Coach, mentor, and develop marketing team members
- 7 years of experience in brand marketing or brand building
- Experience in consumer health, wellness, or related industries
- Strong understanding of:
o Digital and consumer engagement platforms
o Brand positioning and product marketing
- Experience managing:
o Agencies and external partners
o Cross-functional teams
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
Additional Details:
- Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid – 2 / 3 days onsite)
- Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 bonus
