Job Details

Attorneys in this role will support a general civil litigation practice with exposure to multiple areas before specializing over time.

Job Duties Include:

• Managing a litigation caseload from intake through resolution
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conducting legal research and case strategy development
• Participating in depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• Maintaining 1500 annual billable hour requirements
  

Core practice exposure includes:

• Civil litigation defense
• Personal injury (both plaintiff and defense-side exposure)
• Employment-related disputes
• Commercial and business litigation
  

As tenure develops, attorneys will have the opportunity to expand into additional practice areas and refine their specialization based on performance and interest.
