Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on a broad array of corporate matters, including acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity offerings, restructurings, and entity formation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents.
- Handle client interaction and provide exceptional client service.
- Conduct thorough legal research and offer well-informed legal advice to clients.
- Manage and lead teams, ensuring deliverables are met within stipulated timelines.
- Take on significant responsibility, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Participate in business development training to aid in the firm's growth.
- Assist with legal compliance and provide legal assistance on various legal issues.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a law firm environment.
- Proficient in acquisitions, divestitures, debt offerings, equity offerings, restructurings, entity formation, and other corporate matters.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in client interaction and providing superior client service.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead teams.
- Experience in business development training is a plus.
- Excellent legal writing and research skills.
- Ability to provide sound legal advice and prepare legal documents.
- Familiarity with legal issues and providing legal assistance.
- Knowledge of legal compliance is essential.
