Job Details
- Maintain financial records, oversee preparation and recording of all accounting entries, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting processes to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to owners.
- Supervision of accounts payable processes and related vendor statements and payments.
- Lead the annual audit process, working closely with tax accountants and external auditors to ensure compliance and timely completion.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance across all entities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with LLC structures and taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting principles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
