Job Summary:
A Hybrid Contracts Specialist is sought after to join our team. This role involves reviewing, negotiating, and managing all types of contracts including government, nonprofit, and commercial contracts.
About the Job:
- Work 4 days remote
- Review, negotiate, and manage all types of contracts
- Ensure contract compliance with federal acquisition regulations, code of federal regulations, JWOD act, and other relevant laws and regulations
- Provide consultation and advice to the management team on all contract-related matters
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and abilityOne program
- Develop and implement contract management strategies and procedures
- Manage contract modifications and keep all stakeholders informed of the changes
- Identify potential contract risks and provide risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract requirements are met
- Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, particularly with contracts governance
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations, code of federal regulations, JWOD act
- Proficiency in using contract management software and other related tools
