A bit about us:
With over 75 years of combined experience, our Commercial Construction Company was founded in 2020 in Franklin, WI, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. What began with small handyman projects in the local community quickly evolved into residential remodels, large-scale additions, and new residential construction projects. By 2022, we had established strong relationships within the local commercial real estate community, paving the way for the company’s first commercial projects. In late 2022 we made a full transition into a dedicated commercial general contractor. Since then, the team has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of commercial work-including office and industrial tenant improvements, franchise retail and hospitality buildouts, multi-family CapEx program management, and more. We're continuing to expand with every project, client, and partnership.
