Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pre-construction and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget, We work on multi-million dollar projects within commercial construction, healthcare construction, and educational projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pre-construction activities, including site evaluations, design reviews, and cost estimating.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and schedules to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage the bidding process for all projects, including reviewing bids and selecting contractors.
• Ensure that all projects comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that timelines and budgets are met.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including mentoring and training team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5 years of experience in commercial construction, construction and preconstruction, healthcare construction, and educational projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in schools, education, and K-12 projects is a plus.
