In this role, you will oversee the full life cycle of commercial and industrial concrete construction projects, from preconstruction planning through final completion and closeout. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the DC-Baltimore metropolitan area, focusing primarily on structural concrete projects. Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of structural concrete projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution
- Monitor site safety compliance and enforce company safety policies
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address issues
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, reports, and closeout materials
- Assist with planning, estimating, and forecasting during preconstruction and bidding
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain project performance
- 5 years of project management experience, specifically in structural concrete construction
- Solid knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Proficiency with construction management software and BIM tools preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
